      Great place to learn, people with great experience

      Cons

      Upper management don't take care of people they are allowing people to leave with years of experience, and give control of departments to people with absolutely no experience on the field, taking stupid decisions for product and company

      Pros

      Lots of freedom and independence, not much micro management, can come up with cool ideas.

      Cons

      Hard to advance, people stay in their spots for a long time, remote employees excluded from advancement in general. Benefits are bad, health care terrible. 401k match is weak
