      Pros

      Rainbird has a heavy focus on work life balance. Though they are strongly driven and expect excellence, there is also no issue with taking personal time for home commitments. Also, when you leave for the day you can truly be "off" the clock.

      Cons

      No glaring issues that come to mind.

      Pros

      Lots of freedom and independence, not much micro management, can come up with cool ideas.

      Cons

      Hard to advance, people stay in their spots for a long time, remote employees excluded from advancement in general. Benefits are bad, health care terrible. 401k match is weak
