Pros
There are many great and appreciative people who work there that are kind and want to help you. There are plenty of work to do and ton of learning experience and the pay is decently good.
Cons
The management team is major problem that ruin the work experience. They want you to do more without supporting you to get further training. They always said nice things like they would support you in anything to make you become better at your job. But reality they are unreasonable and only want to do their way without listen to others who work hard for the company.
