There isn't enough space to write all of the cons. All of upper management needs to be jettisoned and that includes the president. I have never seen a more inept gathering of managers, directors, VP's, etc, in my entire working career. (35 + years). The attrition rate would make some "normal" companies blush. You will be over worked. You are treated very, very poorly. Do not ever think for a minute that you are unique. In the eyes of upper management, you are quickly dispensable and can be back filled with another warm body. It really is sad. Beware of that oncoming bus, your manager will be more than happy to throw you in front of it!
