      Pros

      Clean shop, good equipment, a basic job

      Cons

      Bait and switch. Poor pay for required experience. Offer 2nd shift but you have to work 1st shift for "training" Hair follicle drug testing, 7 year background check, pipefiter and pipe welder skills required but only offer a couple bucks above fast food. Worst part is the incredibly low pay. Tradesmen are in high demand in 2023 and Rainbird doesn't realize it.

      Pros

      Lots of freedom and independence, not much micro management, can come up with cool ideas.

      Cons

      Hard to advance, people stay in their spots for a long time, remote employees excluded from advancement in general. Benefits are bad, health care terrible. 401k match is weak
