Pros
Generally good products and a company with a brand name that is instantly recognized in the industry. Some good people to work with. Salary is quite good.
Cons
After an after lengthy interview process to hire the best talent, your input is not required from day 1 in the job. The "don't rock the boat" culture ensures senior managers never have to hear that something could be wrong with product/process/values. Micromanagement is common place across the company and the threat of employment termination is front and center of everyone's minds. Company policies are going someway to further distancing the company from its business partners, whilst the rhetoric is always stating the opposite. Extremely high staff turnover as a result of the incredible workloads leads to new employees with little to no industry experience. The company view of the industry is becoming less well informed and its credibility in the industry is suffering.
