Pros
It's hard for me to find any pros for working with Rainbow. Benefits weren't good. Team work amongst other stores terrible.
Cons
Over worked under paid. Company doesn't care about the emoloyees. Needed an Assistant and Jr Assistant for 4 months straight and watch as applicants were sent to a busier store that applied to my store. Would never suggest working for Rainbow to anyone. At one point I had an assistant who was having a miscarriage while I was out of town was told to stay at the store and she couldn't leave.
