great place to work - General Laborer Rainbow Shops Employee Review

Lots of independent work. Rigorous training so it's easy to do the job well and confidently. WFH but expect a lot of video calls with on-face camera. Coworkers are nice and supportive. Management is understanding and supportive. However, as someone who got excited about this job because of the WFH option, I was bummed by just how much on-camera video calls there are. Especially since some management don't really give the option to turn off cameras, even if they say they do. So for people who prefer to show their faces everyday, this may not be for you. The most enjoyable part of the job is being able to focus on your workload for the greater part of the day.
