Pretty Good - Sales Associate Rainbow Shops Employee Review

It is difficult to move up in the company; if you want a promotion you most likely need to go to a different store location where a position has opened up, which is understandable but some people who deserve the promotion cannot always accept it due to increase travel times by bus or car, extra gas money, child care, etc... Also, in my opinion, the employees are paid too little for all of the jobs they do.
