Traumatizing - Anonymous employee Rainbow Shops Employee Review

I left a while back but to this day, I still am traumatized from my experience working at this company. I was verbally and mentally abused by my former employer daily, and it was to the point my co-workers would pull me to the side and asked if I was okay. On several occasions, I would come home from work and cry my eyes out. No one should ever be treated at their job like this. On my last day, several of my co-workers were happy that I am leaving from an abusive boss, and stated no one deserved to be treated like that.
