Horrible Management - Junior Assistant Manager Rainbow Shops Employee Review

No work life balance. Expected to close the store 4 days a week when company policy states 2-3 for the Junior Management position. Management put their personal needs over the needs of their staff but then expected them to do them favors. Employees allowed to work intoxicated without repercussion. Management not following company policy but enforcing it only when it suits them. Insufficient pay for the position. Room for growth is a selling point but is an illusion.
