The team makes you feel involved and needed in projects and always communicates in all aspects of the job. Being with the team especially as a starter is made easy with all the training they give. Has a high workload, and keeps me moving.

Lots of opportunity for the the teams and people to grow. We have what I would consider world-class tools and a culture that helps us on our amazing growth trajectory! What more can you ask for.

Cons

No place is perfect. What I like about the company approach to challenges, is they address them head on instead of sweeping them under the rug.
