Good culture and company values to navigate through and work independently.

Cons

Few people making it difficult for you to work independently later plot against you for the review assessment irrespective of your hard work or contributions. Making small irrelevant updating, thanking, or helping look like a big favor than their job (even documenting that in the portal lol) then later providing feedbacks and negative remarks by involving other people irrespective of whether they worked with you or not. Many great good people are retiring and new management doesn't hold in terms of value/culture what the company and Tim stands for. Everything is changing.

Lots of opportunity for the the teams and people to grow. We have what I would consider world-class tools and a culture that helps us on our amazing growth trajectory! What more can you ask for.

No place is perfect. What I like about the company approach to challenges, is they address them head on instead of sweeping them under the rug.
