Good benefits and compensation the higher you move up the ladder. Depending on your location it can feel fun and rewarding most days.
Cons
A lot of tools, standards and pressure to be at the top. A never ending to do list which takes away from operations and can put the culture of fun on the very back burner.

Friendly co workers and supportive team in general. Lots of free merch,+1 dollar per hour past 10pm
Cons
No breaks or shift meals, asked you to stay late every shift and got offered Amazon gift cards as extra compensation for various favors like covering late night shifts at another location or coming in early or staying late to deep clean the store, and I never received an Amazon gift card nor did any co worker who was made the same offer.
