Pros
It is in theory easy work and easy pay. You can get continuous raises which is better than most fast-food places. Benefits are not half-bad either and they are always looking for new managers too.
Cons
There is literally next to nothing in the form of management developing. They just hire tenured crew members and teach them paperwork but never work on actual managing and people skills. And that causes serious backlashes towards crew members because if your management has no idea what they are doing most of the time, that means we have to run the shifts for them, except we don't get any form of appreciation or respect. We are just assumed to do their jobs for them with no reward at all. Plus, they also get extremely power-driven. They act as if they are so far above the totem-pole but in reality a manager at Cane's is just a glorified crew member. It also depends on your location. Always under-staffed and under-paid for doing multiple different positions on one shift and still getting fussed at for not doing everything. No positivity, only negativity,
