      50% discount, got to wear jeans & running shoes to work, "flexible" hours (if you can swap your hours with someone!), chill co-workers,

      Cons

      micromanagers, never took my availability schedule when the schedule came out and it was on me to find coverage (30+ hours, yeah right), a lot of my coworkers were sassy and didn't want to be there which made the environment horrid

      It was an amazing place at one time

      Cons

      Restaurant food quality has dropped with no movement by senior leadership to improve. Department leaders are stagnant and it's impossible to introduce new leadership and new mentality. Walls are being put up by senior leadership creating lack of management promotions within or recognition of leaders with no titles making great impacts. Hiring is being controlled with a complete disregard for diversity, it's becoming too white washed. Hiring managers are being rewarded to hiring unqualified but cheaper candidates.
