Pros
I loved the people I worked with (and for), and Canes' CEO Todd Graves is a great guy. This is a good place to work if you want something crazy fast-paced, and high expectations.
Cons
The smell of any canes restaurant gets really nauseating after working there for about a week. I've asked other employees about this and they all agree. I mentioned it being fast-paced in the "Pros" section because it can be really fun at times to be super busy and interacting with your coworkers efficiently, but at the same time if your crew isn't on their game every single night it's going to be miserable for everyone. Definitely underpaid for all that we do and the expectations we're held to. Pretty much everyone agrees on this - including the shift managers.
