Pros

Generally, everyone is very nice. The job is fun and since most of the time you can find something to do to make the time go by quicker. Also, the 50% discount is pretty nice.

Cons

Scheduling is hard sometimes when you are a college student. It's hard to get your shift covered at times. Keep in mind that in some states minors can only work till a certain time. If your store closes at 12:00am and minors (who are closing) leave at 11:00pm, that would mean you have to close with one less crewmember.

Pros

It was an amazing place at one time

Cons

Restaurant food quality has dropped with no movement by senior leadership to improve. Department leaders are stagnant and it's impossible to introduce new leadership and new mentality. Walls are being put up by senior leadership creating lack of management promotions within or recognition of leaders with no titles making great impacts. Hiring is being controlled with a complete disregard for diversity, it's becoming too white washed. Hiring managers are being rewarded to hiring unqualified but cheaper candidates.
