Pros

Somewhat casual uniform Clean environment. Fresh food

Cons

No breaks(even if you work 10 hrs) Even in terrible weather(freezing or rain) they'll make you walk out orders even if you don't own a canes jacket or long sleeve. They care more about keeping their times down then quality and having concern for the crew

Pros

It was an amazing place at one time

Cons

Restaurant food quality has dropped with no movement by senior leadership to improve. Department leaders are stagnant and it's impossible to introduce new leadership and new mentality. Walls are being put up by senior leadership creating lack of management promotions within or recognition of leaders with no titles making great impacts. Hiring is being controlled with a complete disregard for diversity, it's becoming too white washed. Hiring managers are being rewarded to hiring unqualified but cheaper candidates.
