Pros

Overall, working at Cane's was a great experience. The starting pay was good, the work atmosphere was fun while still professional. Management showed actual care for employees working around schedule conflicts and school hours for students. Training is clear and efficient and new employees are usually cross-trained by their fourth or fifth month on the Job.

Cons

Smell going home Often times running out of supplies Managers often take a more passive role instead of working alongside crew members

Pros

It was an amazing place at one time

Cons

Restaurant food quality has dropped with no movement by senior leadership to improve. Department leaders are stagnant and it's impossible to introduce new leadership and new mentality. Walls are being put up by senior leadership creating lack of management promotions within or recognition of leaders with no titles making great impacts. Hiring is being controlled with a complete disregard for diversity, it's becoming too white washed. Hiring managers are being rewarded to hiring unqualified but cheaper candidates.
