Pros

Most managers are understanding, and are willing to put in the work along side the crewmembers. Flexibile schedules for the *most* part.

Cons

Older GM's seem to get off on trying to control our lives even outside of the store. I feel belittled when working with especially older men at the stores. If you're great at one postition they will put you there and never move you. Working long hours upward of 7-8hrs a shift and not even a 15 minute break is awful for my physcial and mental well-being.

Pros

It was an amazing place at one time

Cons

Restaurant food quality has dropped with no movement by senior leadership to improve. Department leaders are stagnant and it's impossible to introduce new leadership and new mentality. Walls are being put up by senior leadership creating lack of management promotions within or recognition of leaders with no titles making great impacts. Hiring is being controlled with a complete disregard for diversity, it's becoming too white washed. Hiring managers are being rewarded to hiring unqualified but cheaper candidates.
