Pros

Cane’s has competitive pay and good benefits, especially for managers including monthly bonuses. Personally, I have also met a lot of great people through the company. I believe in what the company stands for and that they show appreciation to their staff.

Cons

I disliked the random schedule hours, noting that I was a manager i could not have a set availability it was always where i was needed and that calls for flip flopping. Close one night open the next and so on. If it weren’t for this I’d had stayed with the company but as an adult it gets unmanageable. Another con is can put a lot on your plate and be stressful, especially being so busy. Coming from a regular crewmember im sure this answer would be different.

Pros

It was an amazing place at one time

Cons

Restaurant food quality has dropped with no movement by senior leadership to improve. Department leaders are stagnant and it's impossible to introduce new leadership and new mentality. Walls are being put up by senior leadership creating lack of management promotions within or recognition of leaders with no titles making great impacts. Hiring is being controlled with a complete disregard for diversity, it's becoming too white washed. Hiring managers are being rewarded to hiring unqualified but cheaper candidates.
