      The pay was great. People were very nice. Managers were pretty cool overall. Fun environment

      Cons

      Arduous work, I didn't get trained for half of the positions I was put to work on in my first two weeks. I just had to figure it out, which is very difficult in such a busy place. Squeezing and juicing lemons or pumping Cane's sauce for 4 hours in the mornings was not easy haha, definitely had sore wrists going home from work.

      It was an amazing place at one time

      Cons

      Restaurant food quality has dropped with no movement by senior leadership to improve. Department leaders are stagnant and it's impossible to introduce new leadership and new mentality. Walls are being put up by senior leadership creating lack of management promotions within or recognition of leaders with no titles making great impacts. Hiring is being controlled with a complete disregard for diversity, it's becoming too white washed. Hiring managers are being rewarded to hiring unqualified but cheaper candidates.
