Pros

Training with the company is amazing its just getting back to your home restaurant they treat you like crap.

Cons

This company preaches work life balance but then requires you to work 50 hour weeks then work from home. ( I agreed to work 50 hours) They also say take your PTO but then says you cant use it when you have had a family vacation planned for over a year. They also don't tell you that if you don't use your vacation you lose it at random times of the year like in March. (Went from having 40 hours to 17 hours out of nowhere) Restaurant Leaders (GMs) straight up bite your head off when you try to ask questions to be better yourself. The Restaurant Leaders (GM) make you feel like you are walking on egg shells. They make jokes about replacing you then saying "they are just joking" makes you feel like crap.

Pros

It was an amazing place at one time

Cons

Restaurant food quality has dropped with no movement by senior leadership to improve. Department leaders are stagnant and it's impossible to introduce new leadership and new mentality. Walls are being put up by senior leadership creating lack of management promotions within or recognition of leaders with no titles making great impacts. Hiring is being controlled with a complete disregard for diversity, it's becoming too white washed. Hiring managers are being rewarded to hiring unqualified but cheaper candidates.
