Pros

• very active with the community • different opportunities routes to take, not just applying for shift manager

Cons

• toxic environment, crewmembers would talk down to one another, and sometines the managers would join in • favoritism is at play, favorite crewmembers repeatedly get away with a minimum to no punishment, while others get written up on their 1st offense • unethical cleaning when closing, spraying cleaning solution over uncovered fryers • overly rely on one good crewmember and give/expect more from the person, allowing others to slack off

Pros

It was an amazing place at one time

Cons

Restaurant food quality has dropped with no movement by senior leadership to improve. Department leaders are stagnant and it's impossible to introduce new leadership and new mentality. Walls are being put up by senior leadership creating lack of management promotions within or recognition of leaders with no titles making great impacts. Hiring is being controlled with a complete disregard for diversity, it's becoming too white washed. Hiring managers are being rewarded to hiring unqualified but cheaper candidates.
