      They make sure that you're properly trained and the other crew members are usually happy to help if you have any questions.

      Cons

      Hours aren't always consistent. They can change very drastically depending on the time of year due to holidays, school, etc.

      It was an amazing place at one time

      Cons

      Restaurant food quality has dropped with no movement by senior leadership to improve. Department leaders are stagnant and it's impossible to introduce new leadership and new mentality. Walls are being put up by senior leadership creating lack of management promotions within or recognition of leaders with no titles making great impacts. Hiring is being controlled with a complete disregard for diversity, it's becoming too white washed. Hiring managers are being rewarded to hiring unqualified but cheaper candidates.
