      Pros

      Great pay, great coworkers and mostly a pretty fun work environment.

      Cons

      Schedules get changed all the time without warning, workers put you with trainers and then expect you to know everything quick and put you in positions that make you uncomfortable.

      It was an amazing place at one time

      Cons

      Restaurant food quality has dropped with no movement by senior leadership to improve. Department leaders are stagnant and it's impossible to introduce new leadership and new mentality. Walls are being put up by senior leadership creating lack of management promotions within or recognition of leaders with no titles making great impacts. Hiring is being controlled with a complete disregard for diversity, it's becoming too white washed. Hiring managers are being rewarded to hiring unqualified but cheaper candidates.
