Does anyone get more than 20 hours? - Crew Member Raising Cane's Employee Review

Pros

People you work with on the floor are great, down to earth, regular people

Cons

It’s impossible to get a paycheck that is a livable amount. I’m constantly trying to pick up more hours and always denied them. I get 16-18 hours a week as a 31 year old who asked specifically if this was a full time position at my interview and was told it was. How do they expect grown adults to work here and pay their bills?

Pros

Friendly co workers and supportive team in general. Lots of free merch,+1 dollar per hour past 10pm

Cons

No breaks or shift meals, asked you to stay late every shift and got offered Amazon gift cards as extra compensation for various favors like covering late night shifts at another location or coming in early or staying late to deep clean the store, and I never received an Amazon gift card nor did any co worker who was made the same offer.
