They foster amazing crew relationships, provide training for every position to expand opportunities for moving up/getting a raise, and the work was relatively easy.

Some of the ways we did things made little sense, the work can be tiring, some instances of poor management.

Restaurant food quality has dropped with no movement by senior leadership to improve. Department leaders are stagnant and it's impossible to introduce new leadership and new mentality. Walls are being put up by senior leadership creating lack of management promotions within or recognition of leaders with no titles making great impacts. Hiring is being controlled with a complete disregard for diversity, it's becoming too white washed. Hiring managers are being rewarded to hiring unqualified but cheaper candidates.
