      Pros

      Crew and certain managers are the best part about working here.

      Cons

      Higher ups are awful. They offer no real support for crew or management. I’ve been here for almost 7 years and things have gotten worse as the years have gone by. I’ve lost the respect and company pride I once had. I waited over 3 years for a managerial promotion and nothing came out of it.

      It was an amazing place at one time

      Cons

      Restaurant food quality has dropped with no movement by senior leadership to improve. Department leaders are stagnant and it's impossible to introduce new leadership and new mentality. Walls are being put up by senior leadership creating lack of management promotions within or recognition of leaders with no titles making great impacts. Hiring is being controlled with a complete disregard for diversity, it's becoming too white washed. Hiring managers are being rewarded to hiring unqualified but cheaper candidates.
