      The only pro or benefit of the job was the pay

      Cons

      Toxic work environment. The workers have a social click and if you weren't part of it, they'd use you as a joke or would straight out bully you. They bad mouth about others and once they were called out, they'll pick on you and find any reason to get you fired. Management is aware of the situation and would enable this type of behavior as well.

      Pros

      Friendly co workers and supportive team in general. Lots of free merch,+1 dollar per hour past 10pm

      Cons

      No breaks or shift meals, asked you to stay late every shift and got offered Amazon gift cards as extra compensation for various favors like covering late night shifts at another location or coming in early or staying late to deep clean the store, and I never received an Amazon gift card nor did any co worker who was made the same offer.
