      No wfh Only power point and docs creation with no real impact Not much salary increment Micromanagement Indian executives talk rudely in meetings with no sense how to talk in front of others and in meetings They come late to the meetings then cancel it hence wasting everyone’s time and energy

      Rakuten Rewards has great life balance. Too bad the economy was getting rocked.

      Don't really have any cons. I understand that the market's been hard so had to downsize the force, so that was kinda challenging. Hopefully AI will increase everyone's output.
