      1. The interview process was very smooth. 2. They released offer with 1 week after completion of the interviews. 3. Joining was smooth. 4. Manager is cool and don't bother team members for anything other than deliverables 5. Team is ok

      Cons

      1. Some guys in the team is very arrogant. 2. There's a bit hidden competition in the team , which I feel is good for the team. 3. The IT is worse, they don't have anything in stock. I got a old laptop while joining.

      Pros

      Rakuten Rewards has great life balance. Too bad the economy was getting rocked.

      Cons

      Don't really have any cons. I understand that the market's been hard so had to downsize the force, so that was kinda challenging. Hopefully AI will increase everyone's output.
