      FreeCause is full of talented, driven individuals who know their stuff. It's also a place that balances hard work and fun - be it a relaxed dress code, a well stocked kitchen, fun monthly activities and much more.

      Cons

      With hard work comes non-traditional hours, so people need to be prepared to put in the work required which can result in some later nights.

      Pros

      Rakuten Rewards has great life balance. Too bad the economy was getting rocked.

      Cons

      Don't really have any cons. I understand that the market's been hard so had to downsize the force, so that was kinda challenging. Hopefully AI will increase everyone's output.
