Great stepping stone for your career, and pays generously for new graduate employees.
Cons
The company can be resistant to change, and for better or worse, it's heavily influenced by the CEO's wishes. It also has very few women in high-level leadership. Employees who join right after graduation have few opportunities to get much higher pay.
