      Nice project. Very foreign friendly environment. Nice gym, free meals.

      Asakai's time is too early. It is better to be in afternoon.

      Pros

      Rakuten Rewards has great life balance. Too bad the economy was getting rocked.

      Cons

      Don't really have any cons. I understand that the market's been hard so had to downsize the force, so that was kinda challenging. Hopefully AI will increase everyone's output.

      Good benefits and some managers were supportive and helpful.

      Cons

      Cuthroat environment. Most of the other managers micromanaged and put unrealistic deadlines while asking you to train other employees.
