Pros
It's more global than most other Japanese companies; the starting pay is slightly higher than the average for new graduates right out of college; great people depending on the department.
Cons
Long work hours and mediocre compensation package when compared with the US, still a very domestic Japanese company, poor middle management, organizational restructuring occurs too often, sudden and unexpected internal transfers common, business-side is always understaffed.
