Toxic work culture - SRE/DevOps Engineer Rakuten Symphony Employee Review

There is a toxic work culture out here. Management from Japan would treat Indian employees as slaves and treats in a very ill manner. They literally ask Indian employees to wake up and join meeting calls at 2AM which is around 6 AM there in Japan. Not at all considerate about employees only they care is of the work getting done at any cost immediately. They want you to compete in MotoGP using a splendor plus. If getting good offer then join for a year or 2 if you can survive and leave as soon as possible.
