      Pros

      Work is constant at times and you have some flexibility within the company.

      Cons

      Old staff, monotonous job at times. Pay could be higher, there is no upward flexibility unless someone retires or leave the company and even then the position may just be scrapped and given to someone else already on top as extra work.

      The people here are great to work with and there are a lot of interesting projects. There is a lot of talent in a variety of engineering disciplines.

      Pay and benefits are average. It is also hard to get noticed for your work.
