Can come across to the outside world as a little "cult". They fire employees if you have personal issues that go against their values. Examples: If you and your husband are getting divorced, they'll fire you if they find out. If you have an affair and they find out, they'll fire you. If they don't like your spouse, they will refuse to hire you. Things that ultimately I don't think are entirely legal or have a place in the say of whether or not you can succeed professionally. The workload per department is pretty high since they don't hire as much as they need to.
