Pros
You really can't understate the importance of doing work that makes a positive impact on people's lives. It is so emotionally touching and invigorating to walk through the lobby and see families that have traveled from all over the country to talk to Dave on the radio and explain how their life has been changed or their marriage saved due to the principles we teach. Lampo is in no way perfect, but the leadership genuinely cares about their team as well as the customers. I have seen leadership go above-and-beyond to take care of team members in times of need so many times. As far as growth opportunities, you get out of it what you put into it. If you're willing to work hard, communicate well, and push yourself to grow, advancement opportunities are definitely there. Promotions aren't just given, they're earned.
Cons
Growth has happened really fast over the past few years, so the small-family feel has definitely changed. It is increasingly difficult to get to know people you work with past a surface, or working on a project together, level.
