Pros
I have met some of the best people I’ve ever encountered. They pour into you spiritually, emotionally, and professionally, and they genuinely care about you. I’ve had a really hard time in my personal life, and my leader brought it to the higher ups to see if there was anything they could do to support me beyond my salary—and they did. Your experience really will depend on your leader and business unit, but by and large the people here are the best.
Cons
You have to keep your head down. Focus on the work you’re doing and improving your craft or however you wanna say it. Because as soon as you put almost any critical thinking into anything the higher ups do or say, things start to crumble a bit. No remote work sucks too.
