The Ramsey Paradox - Technologist Ramsey Solutions Employee Review

Ramsey has grown quite a bit since I first joined them. We not only moved to a new location, but we moved into a different mindset. Early after joining Ramsey Solutions, our current CTO moved on, and we were without a technology leader for many months. I was surprised to learn that we had hired a consultant to move into the role of new (CTO to be) technology leader. This individual seemed to lack the basics of a spiritual influence. Instead, they carried themselves with an arrogant pride that seemed entirely out of place in the company of great leaders like Dave. Our technology team seemed to have a new focus, one of money and pumping up the reputation of our technology leader. What a disappointment to realize just a year before I had decided to relocate my family here to work for a Godly company. Now, I seemed to be directed by someone lacking any spiritual example, even going to the extreme of being a self-centered fool.
