Terrible - Anonymous employee Rancho California Water District Employee Review

The management team that they've hired in the last few years has driven all of the talent out of the organization. They are a bunch of prima donnas that set the organization up to fail even when you know better. Then when things fall apart with mess they they created, they start looking for escape goats. This is without a doubt the most poorly managed organization that I've ever worked for. I really feel sorry for the recent hires that gave up good jobs only to make the move that they quickly learned to regret.
