Cons
Managed by fear mongering from corporate HQ. No autonomy whatsoever to adapt to the store's locality for pay. Majority of employees even full time are barely above minimum wage for the area and are responsible for overseeing legal firearms transactions as well as ensuring proper firearm safety for public users. Corporate RUSA only care about profit at the employees expense. They charge 26 dollars an hour plus a 6 dollar range maintenance fee (total of 32 per hour with no add ons) for a non- member to utilize a shooting stall for one hour, but yet pay the employee 10 dollars an hour to oversee the safe operation of that range. There have been multiple safety concerns from a veteran range safety officer of overseeing up to and including 20 shooting stalls at one time. Gross negligence on the business for that.
