Pros
Flexible hours. Great management. Great people. Great customers. Good work environment. It's definitely a great place to consider if you are looking for a part time job. Good discounts/perks after you complete your 90-day probation. Also, the owner/management will back up the employee if there's an issue with any unruly customers. It's hard to find an employer now-a-days who will back up the employee the way the people at RUSA do. It's a family oriented business with Christian values.
Cons
Mostly focused on part time employment, so there aren't any basic benefits (health, etc.). Just because of the job, there's a good chance you can get a firearm (mostly unloaded) pointed at you by an ignorant customer. For every one of those though, there were over a hundred amazing customers... The kind you get to know on a first name basis. If you have tattoos visible on your arm you'll probably have to cover them up with a sleeve or something.
