This place used to be an ok place to work where they somewhat cared about employee happiness. Now it’s become a corporate money fest where they don’t care about employees or customers only the almighty dollar. Employees used to make a bonus if they sold “X” amount but corporate took that away once they started making too much money and more the only time a regular employee sees extra money is if they sell enough memberships. As with most places corporate contributes to promote people into leadership positions who have no idea what they’re doing and as such have created a toxic work environment where an employee can be assaulted by a corporate “big shot” and the assault is swept under the rug. Back when this was a place with only a few locations it was fun to work at, now… don’t waste your time.
