I don't have much to say negatively on RapidIT.

Great exposure to leadership and clients. You get to take ownership early. The team is small but driven. Vision for enterprise AI is exciting. Room to grow and wear many hats.

Long hours and high expectations. Processes still being built out. Sometimes priorities shift quickly. Not a place for hand-holding. Work-life balance can be tough.
