I'm a little surprised to hear your "mediocre product" comment. We continue to have a record number of people use our product each month with a Net Promoter Score of 60+. KDNuggets recently identified RapidMiner as the most popular general data science platform. And we're a Leader and Gartner and Forrester reports.
