Pros

Very good and constantly improving product. Excellent transparency, flexibility, vacation, and WFH policies. Consistent "Ask-Me-Anything" sessions with management helps communicate career advice. Decent opportunities for career growth relative to the company size.

Cons

For such a small company, employees are very dispersed globally making it more difficult to collaborate. There's been an emphasis on global company kickoffs every 2 years in Budapest and Boston which is greatly appreciated, but this is still an unfavorable environment. The overall company org chart is also confusing and constantly changing at the executive level. Market adoption and product stickyness is slower than expected in an exploding industry.
